Panagbenga is an annual festival where local and some from outside the region joined forces to present and parage floats made of fresh flowers in different colors and sizes. It is patterned after the Rose Parade of the United States.
This year's celebration has promised a more grand and beautiful festival unlike the other years because the Baguio will celebrates its Centennial Year as city. A major innovation this year is they intend to release a lot of butterflies flying at Session Road since the Baguio Centennial logo is a butterfly.

March 8 - Closing Ceremony, Awarding and Grand Fireworks Display at Athletic Bowl
