Philippines: Ted Failon Guilty or not Guilty?

Let's join the spectacles that shock the media people. For almost two days now in every media broadcasting station, tv or radio, the "Failon's Wife Murder or Suicide Case". The QCPD (Quezon City Police District), PNP and now the NBI are now investigating the case. They said in the news that every individual who are in that house at that time are now a suspect. Even relatives are now a suspect who were not even there are arrested with cuff in their hands.

Based on the news I've been hearing, here's a story. Last Wednesday morning Mr. Failon found his wife in the bathroom of their daughters room in drenched in her own blood. They said she shot her head with his husband's gun. They rushed her to the hospital. Mr. Failon together with his daughter went to Camp Karingal to give testimony. Thursday morning, the police arrested the househelp and the driver and in the evening the police also arrested the Mr. Failon's Sister in laws and brother in law. Thursday night, the wife passed away.

In the police investigation, all the persons in the house including Mr. Failon and his wife are negative for gun powder. So where does this story goes? Who is the suspect? Did she really commits suicide, but why did the priest blessed her? Suicide is a cardinal sin that is condemned by the church. Is the PNP getting back or getting even with Mr. Failon from his previous attack to the police by making him a suspect? This is just a some of the questions of an ordinary citizen. Is our justice system really sucks? We can really see in this scenario the difference between an ordinary citizen from that of a celebrity. The people who want to get noticed and riding the popularity of this news, these are what we call "pakialamero", "Sawsaw", "churba" etc...etc...

Is Mr. Failon Guity or Not Guilty? I say he's guilty of fighting the anomalies in the government and the police force. He's guilty of being a celebrity, that's why his life and what he is experiencing now is all over the mass media.
